Custom Packing Company (hereinafter "the Company") values your personal information and complies with relevant laws including the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and the "Personal Information Protection Act." Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you of how the personal information you provide is used and what measures are taken to protect it. When the Privacy Policy is amended, we will notify you through the website notice (or individual notice).

Article 1: Personal Information Collected

1. The Company collects the following personal information, divided into required information for basic service provision and optional information for customized services.

We do not collect sensitive personal information that may infringe on fundamental human rights (race, ideology, religion, political orientation, criminal records, medical information, etc.).

2. All information provided by "Members" is used only for the stated purposes. If the scope or purpose of collection changes, we will obtain prior consent from the "Member."

Article 2: Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company collects personal information for the following purposes within the minimum necessary scope for service provision.

Items collected: Password, email, name, mobile number, date of birth, country
Purpose: Identity verification and service provision
Retention period: Until membership withdrawal

Marketing consent (email, SMS, push): For notices, complaint handling, new services, events, and promotional materials.

Optional items: For customized services; retained until service use.

We do not collect any personal information that may infringe on human rights or privacy.

Article 3: Retention Period and Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified periods:

1. Internal policy retention:
Usage records (service and fraud prevention): 5 years
Withdrawn member information (customer inquiry response): 1 month

2. Legal retention:
Contract or withdrawal records: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act)
Payment and supply records: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act)
Complaint or dispute records: 3 years (Consumer Protection Act)
Site visit records: 3 months (Communications Privacy Act)

3. Transaction information held with consent will be made available for inspection upon request.

4. If a member has no service usage for 1 year, we will notify by email 30 days in advance per the Personal Information Protection Act, separate and store dormant information, and destroy it after 4 years of no use from the dormancy date.

5. Destruction method: Paper records are shredded or incinerated; electronic files are deleted using irreversible technical methods.

Article 4: Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide or use personal information beyond the scope stated in the "Purpose of Collection and Use" except with consent or as required by law. We provide personal information to third parties only with consent and with due care.

Purpose: Membership, service provision, marketing consent, order management
Items provided: Order information, name, mobile number, email, etc.
Retention: Until purpose is achieved (or as required by law or prior consent)

Article 5: Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

The Company entrusts the following tasks to external specialists:

Only the minimum necessary information is provided for entrusted tasks. Entrustment contracts include provisions for personal information protection, prohibition of use for other purposes, and liability in case of incidents.

Article 6: Access, Correction, Withdrawal and Consent Withdrawal

1. Members may view or modify their registered personal information. If you do not consent to the Company's processing of personal information, you may withdraw consent or request membership termination. Access/modification and withdrawal can be done in "My Page" or through customer service with identity verification.

2. If correction of erroneous personal information is requested, we will not use or provide such information until correction is complete.

3. The Company does not send promotional information for commercial purposes against the member's explicit refusal.

Article 7: Technical and Administrative Measures for Personal Information Protection

1. Personal information is protected by passwords; data is encrypted during file transmission; critical data is protected by additional security.

2. We operate dual firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, database security, and encryption to prevent unauthorized access and data tampering.

3. We use SSL secure servers to safely transmit personal information over the network.

4. We minimize the number of personnel handling personal information and provide training on compliance with this policy.

Article 8: Installation and Operation of Automatic Collection Devices

1. The Company uses "cookies" to provide customized services.

2. Cookie purpose: To analyze visit patterns, popular searches, and security connection status for optimized service provision.

3. Refusing cookies may limit access to customized services.
